We love living and working in beautiful Shoreline, WA! Located just nine miles north of Downtown Seattle, Shoreline combines the excitement of Seattle’s fast-moving tech, economic and educational cultures with a quiet, rustic quality all its own. 

Washington State boasts an incredible history, and Shoreline is no exception. The Native American Duwamish people had lived here for at least 4,000 years before the first European settlers began mapping out the city in 1890. Soon, railways and streetcar lines connected Shoreline with Seattle, but somehow Shoreline always managed to hang on to its friendly, small-town vibe.

Shoreline is known for its stunning natural beauty. Home to Richmond Beach Saltwater Park, Kruckeberg Botanic Garden, Saint Edward State Park and Hamlin Park, among others, it’s filled with beautiful green spaces, hiking and walking trails, and incredible vistas of Puget Sound, the great beating heart of the Seattle region.
